When Training Tree agrees to develop a retreat or workshop for a team, Natasha’s innate ability to bring teams together and work through their challenges in an engaging and entertaining way, is the catalyst that concludes in lasting change in a group’s dynamic and a positive impact on all participants.
A successful team retreat starts with taking the current temperature of the members by way of a tailor-made, online Employee Engagement Survey.
Designed, administered and analysed anonymously by Training Tree, the findings are discussed with the Leadership to determine the direction of the retreat or workshop.
Utilising the survey feedback, an appropriate training topic for delivery is chosen – see Service, Sales and Leadership modules (the #1 module chosen for retreats / workshops in 2023 was Languages of Appreciation)
Natasha enthusiastically assists in co-ordinating the schedule of events for the retreat, then on the day, facilitates the agenda of activities including dissemination of the survey findings and delivery of the chosen training module.
