Natasha will:
- Liaise with community partners to execute project
- Create a flyer
- Encourage participation of company employees
- Arrange transportation
- Organise refreshments
- Do set-up and break-down on site
- Outsource logo printing for promotional items
- Have medical assistance on hand if necessary
- Collate facts & figures at the end of the project
- Contract photographer / videographer
- Co-ordinate activities at location
- Make acknowledgements
- Carry out competitions, hand out prizes
