This series takes restaurant teams through an entire dining experience from arriving and being seated, to paying the bill and departing. An interactive presentation with many role-plays and much discussion about the sequence of service and nuances of meeting guests dining expectations.
Natasha uses her decade of knowledge of restaurants from fast food to fine dining in the UK, USA and Caribbean; positions as scullion, server, bartender, host and manager to share how to provide refined service to guests in a restaurant setting.
Natasha begins her Refined Restaurant Service training with a Mystery Shopper visit and review meeting with the Leadership of the restaurant.
The observations and feedback are then incorporated into the series and utilised heavily
to connect with participants using relevant and
real-life examples & scenarios.
Delivery of this series is most effective in
one x 4 -hour or two x 2-hour sessions
with a maximum of 12 participants.
" With this training, I can use all the topics to improve my service skills and be a better server "
- Feedback from Server at Pier One on the Beach
